POOL HOURS: 9:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.

THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

1.     Swimming Pool gate must be kept closed and locked at all times.

2.     Anyone using the pool does so at their own risk. The Association and its agents are not responsible and are held harmless for accidents or injuries.

3.     The pool is for the use of LakeRidge Crossing property owners. Any lot owner may invite up to two guests per family, Monday thru Friday. Guests are not permitted on Saturday or Sunday unless pre-registered with the Homeowners' Association Manager. Property owners must be present at all times with guests. Any unauthorized person found using the pool will be asked to leave immediately.

4.     Children under the age of fourteen must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 or older at all times.

5.     Profanity and fighting are not allowed.

6.     Alcohol will not be permitted.

7.     No rafts or large inflatable objects are allowed in the pool.

8.     No glass objects are allowed in the pool.

9.     Food is not permitted around the pool. Please place all trash in the containers.

10.  No Pool Parties are allowed.

11. No pets are allowed. (Unless a certified service animal)

12. The baby pool is for children five and younger.

13. The pool will open Memorial Day Weekend and closed the Tuesday after Labor Day.
